You Shall Be My Witness
Often when we consider the power of the Holy Spirit we tend to limit our conversation to ourselves and our church community. We might neglect the fact that the Holy Spirit empowers us for work that is beyond ourselves and our church family. The eyewitness of the gospels and book of Acts points out that God’s kingdom is a diverse place made up of diverse people.
Our on-going work as a church should reflect the activity of inclusion of diverse peoples. I invite you to join us this Sunday for worship and conversation as we consider God who grants us the power to include others, especially diverse others into God’s kingdom. I invite you to join us this Sunday at 8:30 am or 10:45 am for worship and conversation. All are welcome at St. John’s – please come.
Until Sunday, God’s richest blessings.
