At St. John's UMC we understand how vital youth are to the future growth and leadership of the church. Yes, we have fun... a lot of fun, but we also place a high priority on learning the importance of an authentic relationship with God.

Youth Ministry


  • Missions

    • Baby Grace of Kansas City - Youth help pack and distribute diapers for families who participate
    • Neighbor to Neighbor - Youth help cook a meal once a month
    • Our youth are also invaluable in helping with our children’s ministry events like; Trunk-R-Treat, Happy Birthday Jesus, and Vacation Bible School  

  • Donut Sales

    Be on the lookout for our youth donut sales! On most 3rd Sunday’s of the month our youth help sell donuts. All proceeds go towards the youth fund. 

  • Annual Events

    Our youth also participate in yearly event’s such as Party at the Pastor's Pad, Youth Christmas Party, and fun pop-up adventures throughout the year!
