We start with a social gathering followed by a twenty-minute sit beginning at 10:00 AM. Centering Prayer is usually followed with a DVD or CD featuring a prominent leader in the Contemplative movement such as Fr. Richard Rohr, Dr. James Finley, Fr. Thomas Keating, etc., and the remaining time is spent in small group discussion.
